Leaf and Arrow Tattoo is a TATTOO studio located on Carlisle Rd in West York. Minutes from Route 30, Leaf and Arrow is easy to find and offers a private parking lot.
Led by Sarah Zeller (Sheetz), Leaf and Arrow Tattoo opened in September of 2019. Leaf and Arrow specializes in custom tattoos but is also able to provide walk in services.
